Winter Provincial Trials 2026

Please review information below and accept or decline your swimmer HERE prior to Confirmation Deadline: Monday, February 9, 2026 8:00 PM. Please note that the start time for the event has changed from last year and will now begin on Friday morning. Please adjust your hotel reservations accordingly to accommodate this schedule change if you have not already.

Host Club:     Swim Alberta and Medicine Hat Marlins

Swimmers Attending:       Meet Qualifiers* – Championship, Performance

*Swimmers may qualify for the Winter Provincial Trials by achieving one of the Provincial Trials time standards within the qualifying period. Swimmers are de-qualified from the Winter Provincial Trials if they have achieved a Provincial Championship time standard. Time standards are available HERE.

Meet Entry Fees:  $18 / individual event and a $20.00 per swimmer surcharge*

Management Fee: $125 per swimmer

Equipment:  Bring all your Cascade Team Equipment to wear

Confirmation Deadline: Monday, February 9, 2026 8:00 PM

By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.

Cutoff date to book rooms in this block is January 29, 2026  

These discounted rates are for a minimum 2 night stay. One night stays will be charged at the rack rate of that day. 

 CANCELLATION POLICY & EARLY CHECK-OUT

All Reservations will have 7 days prior to check-in to cancel without any charges.

Block cancellations after the expiry date will be charged a first night cancellation fee for all the rooms in that block.

Early departure (a day prior to actual reservation check out date) – guests will still be charged for that night. All Early departures require 24hr cancellation.   

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Hotel check-in time is 3:00 on the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00am on the day of departure. All early check ins and early check outs may not be available but arrangements can be made by contacting the front desk directly.
