Dave Johnson
Director of Swimming & Head Coach
Coach Dave has led the Cascade program since 2005 and has recently returned from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games - his 10th Olympic Team assignment as a part of Team Canada.
Along with his recent Olympic experience Dave was namednamed Canadian coach of the year for 2023.
Wendy Johnson
Assistant Head Coach
Performance
Coach Wendy has been with Cascade since 2006. Herself an Olympian from 1976 and 1980 Wendy has worked with hundreds of swimmers in the Performance program over the last number of years.
Andrew Miller
Sr Performance Coach
Coach Andrew has been coaching with Cascade for two seasons beginning in 2022.

Kristina Crook
Head Championship Coach
Coaching swimmers from 11-17 years of age in the Championship programs coach Kristina oversees swimmers in both Jr and Sr Championship.
Caroline Mercier
Championship Coach
Caroline began coaching with Cascade in 2021 prior to that she coached in Calgary and the maratimes where she swam while going to school at the University of New Brunswick..
Georgia Kaluznick
Championship Coach
Georgia swam with Cascade then the University of Regina Cougars where she began her coaching career. She has coached with Cascade since 2022.
Jacqueline Pratt
Head Development Coach
Coach Jacquie oversees the development Programs: JAG White, Blue & Gold & Olympic Way. She also oversees the LTCS Swim School programs: SS1, SS2, SS3 and JOW.
Fern Slotboom
JAG Coach
Coach Fern began her coaching with Cascade as a part our Swim School program and now works with our competitive prorgams and JAG Blue.
Daniel Curdov
JAG Coach
Daniel is a coach with our JAG White program and has coached at all our developmental program levels from Swim School to JAG.
Prior to coaching Daniel swam with Cascade while also practicing Martial Arts. Daniel is a 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.
Eireland Guidi
JAG coach
Coach Eireland has coached at almost all levels inside of Cascade starting in 2015.
Eireland is one of the assitant coaches with JAG Gold and was our lead coach with the summer programs in 2024.
Mackenzie Fox
JAG Coach
Coach Mackenzie coaches with the JAG Blue program and has coached at every level of our development programs.
Jacob Windsor
Championship Coach
Jacob swims with Cascade part time while also coaching with the Championship program.
Tally Gaber
JAG Coach
Tally has been assisting with the JAG Gold program and has worked previously with Olympic Way.
Izzy Deshayes
Olympic Way
Izzy has coached extensively with our Swim School program and is now the lead coach with Olympic Way.

Jasen Pratt has been the Cascade Club Manager since 2007.
