Should your swimmer present any symptoms of illness prior to a practice (or event), we require that you communicate this to your coach and keep the participant home until they are symptom free. Should a swimmer elect to participate or a parent to choose to bring their swimmer to the pool with symptoms of illness or not to disclose any illness, the Cascade coaches will excuse the swimmer from participating.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE AND UNDERSTAND BY SIGNING IT, I AGREE THAT IF I FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, MY ACTIONS MAY IMPACT THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF OTHER TEAMMATES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THE COACHES. ANY CONDUCT THAT VIOLATES THE ABOVE MAY BE SUBJECT TO SANCTIONS PURSUANT TO THE CLUB’S POLICIES WITH RESPECT TO DISCIPLINE AND COMPLAINTS.
