Cancellation/Refund Policy (LTCS Programs (Swim School, JOW & Summer Camp Programs only))
CHANGES TO REGISTRATION GROUP POLICY: There is a $25 admin charge for all group changes (days/times). This fee applies to group changes for any reason, including errors in selecting registration group. Please ensure that you are registering for the correct group and level during the registration process. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be issued for registrations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the first day of classes, less a $25 administration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable after the first day of classes of the Fall Session, the Winter Session, the Spring Session and Summer Camp Sessions for the 2024-2025 season. We are unable to provide refunds, credits, or make up opportunities for missed practices, including those related to injury, illness, or self-isolation requirements. Proceeding with registration indicates that you have read and understand our Registration Changes and Withdrawal & Refund policies for Swim School programs, and agree to these terms.
