Any and all 12&U swimmers wishing to attend will need to travel and stay with a parent or responsible adult. Please state in the notes if you and your swimmer will be staying in the team hotel. Swimmers 13&O are staying on their own with the team in the team hotel and participating in team meals as a part of team travel.

We will be using the flight option via AirNorth in order to travel as a team and the hotel booking to stay as a team - all attending (parents and guardians) can use team flight and team hotel as well.

We will be organizing catering / team meals for any and all attending and staying at the team hotel. Those choosing to participate in the team meals must participate all days (cannot select individual meals). Please state in the notes if you and your swimmer will be participating in catered team meals.
- Chaperone - Please email the office if you are interested in chaperoning this event. Police Check required. Supervising swimmers at all times when not at the pool.
By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.
