Pool: University of Calgary Aquatic Centre, 2500 University Drive NW, Calgary
Host Club: University of Calgary Swim Club
Swimmers Attending: JOW, Olympic Way and JAG White
Your swimmer's events will be selected by their coaches. Prior to the meet, coaches will send out additional information outlining meet-day expectations and important details to help swimmers prepare.
Meet Times:

Warm-Up: 1:00 PM

Estimated Finish: 5:45 PM
Meet Entry Fees: $40 per swimmer plus $10 per swimmer surcharge.
Surcharge subject to change once all entries have been finalized.
All meet fees will be charged to your Cascade membership account.
Equipment: Please bring all your Cascade team equipment.
All swimmers must be on deck at least 15 minutes before warm-up.
