Event: 2025 Summer Provincial Trials LC
Date: June 27 -29 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Travel: June 26- 29 (Thursday departure)
TIMES TBA (Meet Package not published) This is a BUS team travel event (bus team travel only*). Bus departs Thursday afternoon and returns Sunday evening.
Accomodations: Swimmers/Families are staying on their own (this is not a chaperoned event supervising swimmers in the hotel) but swimmers must travel on the bus to the meet, back and forth from the pool and travel home on the bus.
Swimmers and families will still stay on their own - either at blocked hotel or other accommodations. The team has limited hotel rooms and room types blocked due to limited availability (see hotel block info below and note SHORT cutoff dates). Please note it is a VERY busy weekend in Medicine Hat with other events, if you haven't booked a room already please book your hotel room now. Families may choose to stay at another property of their choice but swimmers must be dropped off at the selected hotel (see below) prior to each bus departure and picked up after each bus arrival.
*Swimmers will travel via team bus up to the event, travel back and forth from the drop off hotel to the pool each session and return to Calgary via team bus. Swimmers will be required to be at the pool for departure and will be required to stay the entire session being dropped off back at team hotel.

Swimmers Attending: Meet Qualifiers* – Championship, Performance
*Swimmers may qualify for the Summer Provincial Trials by achieving one of the Provincial Trials time standards within the qualifying period. Swimmers are de-qualified from the Summer Provincial Trials if they have achieved a Provincial Championship time standard. Time standards are available on www.swimalberta.ca.

Management Fee: TBA - Approximately $225 per swimmer (management fee applies to all swimmers attending).

By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.
