Swimmers not listed should be considered alternates and should also declare that if asked, as an alternate (in the event someone listed declines and there is space), they would attend or not attend. In the event an alternate is needed the club will reach out to you to confirm in advance of making any bookings for you.

Event Notes:
This is a team travel event and swimmers must travel on the same flights as the team. You can book your own flight it must be the same as the team flight. Swimmers booked on a different flight must be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.
If you are interested in chaperoning please put this in the notes section of your declaration as this event will require more than one chaperone (based on final numbers). All chaperones must have an up-to-date Police Check.
Please note that as this camp will likely have anywhere from 25-35 swimmers attending some of the final costs and final logistics will only be determined once those numbers are in.
The cost of this event is being partially offset by our championship fund, high performance fund as well through third party Swim AB high performance club grant support.
Confirmation Deadline: Friday January 31, 2025
By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.
