- We will assume we are booking a team flight for your swimmer unless noted in "notes" at declaration. If you are booking your own flight for your swimmer, you will be responsible for transport to and from the airport to accommodations unless you are booking the same arrival and departure.
- Chaperone - Please see attached Quebec Summer Championship Travel Plan – July 2026 document.
- Swimmers will be traveling to the pool and back via Metro.
- Meals: All meals catered through the hotel
- This event is subsidized by the Cascade High Performance Fund.
By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses

- Venue: Complexe Aquatique du Parc Jean-Drapeau (Outdoor), 130 Chemin du Tour de l'Isle
- Accommodations: Sandman Hôtel Montréal-Longueuil, 999 rue de Sérigny, Longueuil. (Note: Canadian Swimming Trials participants will relocate here on July 10.)
Flight Schedule (Porter Airlines)
- Departure (July 8): PD 384 | Calgary (YYC) to Montreal (YUL) | 07:30 – 13:40 (Note: Slight schedule adjustment)
- Return (July 18): PD 389 | Montreal (YUL) to Calgary (YYC) | 19:45 – 22:33
Departure Instructions
- Check-in: Please complete online check-in 24 hours prior to departure.
- Meeting Point: Meet the chaperone at the Porter counter at least 1 hour and 45 minutes before departure.
- Uniform: Wear Cascade team gear (hoodie, black pants, and shirt).
- Identification: Government-issued ID is required for travelers 18+ and strongly recommended for those under 18.
Packing & Luggage
- Baggage: One checked bag is included. Please pack all racing gear and medications in your carry-on.
- Hydration: Bring two empty water bottles to fill after passing through security.
Meals & Transportation
*Please note meal information has been revised from initial event information.
- *Meals: Continental breakfast is provided. Lunches, dinners, and snacks are the responsibility of the athlete (OYO). Chaperones will assist food purchases; we recommend swimmers have food delivery apps installed and pack preferred snacks.
- Dietary/Medical Needs: Current account information has been shared with the chaperones. Please contact us immediately with any updates.
- Transportation: Swimmers will use the Montreal Metro for travel to and from the pool.

Canadian Swimming Trials
Swimmers will attend the Finals on July 8 and 9. Tickets have been purchased and will be charged to family accounts.
