Floatables & Parent Nutrition Seminar #2

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Parent Seminar & Floatables
Hello Cascade Families,
We are excited to kick off the 2026–2027 season with a special two-in-one event: Floatables in the pool for our swimmers and an interactive Nutrition Education Seminar for parents!
Important Note on Registration: Due to pool capacity limits for the Floatables, swimmer participation will be directly tied to parent participation in a Nutrition Education Session. One parent only per family must register for and attend a Nutrition Education Session through the Cascade website in order for their swimmer(s) to participate in the Floatables.
We are offering two combined 60-minute windows (11:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:00 PM–1:00 PM) so your swimmers can enjoy Floatables while you attend the seminar. If your swimmers aren't participating in Floatables, you are still welcome to join our final seminar-only slot from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM.
The parent session will cover a variety of key nutrition topics tailored specifically for young athletes. Once you have registered for your time slot on the Cascade website, please fill out our anonymous Google Form to submit any questions you would like our dietitian to address!
Commitment Deadline: Wednesday, September 30th at 8:00 PM
