Groups Attending: JOW, OW and Jag White

Host Club: Calgary Winter Club Sea Lions

Meet Times:

Warm Up: 1:00 PM Start: 1:50 PM

Estimated Finish - 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Meet Entry Fees: $40 per swimmer

Equipment: Bring all your Cascade Team Equipment to wear 

*Please be on deck at least 15 minutes prior to warm up 

Commitment Deadline: Saturday, October 4 2025 - 4:00 PM

By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses. 

 

A couple things to note for the day of competition:

  • Parent viewing will be upstairs. There will be a check in desk at the front and they will guide them there, we kindly ask for no parents to be present on deck. 

  • No food on the pool deck. We will have tables set up just outside the doors to the pool for swimmers to eat at. There is a window so they can keep an eye on marshalling. 

  • We do not have on site parking available so we will have volunteers at the front guiding parents to the best spots to part off site.
