Saturday, May 24                 Warm up:       11:00 AM       Start:  11:45 AM *Finish 3:30 PM

Sunday, May 25                   Warm up:       9:00 AM         Start: 9:45 AM *Finish 2:00 PM

Meet Entry Fees:     $10.00 per swim plus $15 surcharge* per swimmer, $4.00 per 200m event submitted.

*surcharge subject to change once all entries finalized

Equipment:                Bring all your Cascade Team Equipment to wear

Confirmation Deadline:    Monday, April 28 2025 4:00 PM

                        **Please be on deck 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up**

If your swimmer cannot attend one day please make a note in the comment section and state which day.

Officiating Sign Up:

This is a Cascade hosted meet and the event sign up page (Job Signup) for officiating / volunteering (all competitive groups only- not JOW) will be open Thursday, April 17 at 8:30 PM please email Amy Thiessan, Officials Coordinator,  board.officials2.cascade@gmail.com if you have any questions about the officiating sign up. This meet is part of your Spring Session points.

All new JOW families, an email will be sent shortly regarding a new member meeting to discuss swim meets.
