Event: 2025 Summit Awards Banquet
Dear Swimmers & Parents,
The swim season is up and rolling and our Awards Banquet is right around the corner!
When: Sunday, November 2, 2025 - 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
4:00 PM. - Cocktails
5:00 PM- Dinner and Awards
8:00 PM - Finish
Where: Calgary Italian Cultural Centre, 416 1 Ave NE, Calgary
Our Summit Awards event is a recognition event for last year but is also a great opportunity for all swimmers to get together in their groups and get to know one another outside of the pool setting.
Event Cost: $45 per person
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you include the TOTAL NUMBER of people (including your swimmer) attending in the NOTES (ie 4 PEOPLE) and any dietary restrictions section of the Event Sign Up. Names are not required - just number of persons attending. The event fee will be charged to your membership account.
A buffet-style dinner will be provided at this year's event.
Deadline to Register is Monday, October 27 - 4:00 PM
Coaches will notify swimmers if they are receiving one of the coach selected awards.
The list of record breakers, Curtis Myden and High Point Award winners will also be posted for members shortly. Please contact the club office if you see any inaccuracies on the 1st time recipients list (will be sent shortly).
